Was just there and got excellent service. They are very safety conscious - and do not allow a lot of people inside at a time. The gentleman does not speak English but the lady does and does a great job! Would recommend to anyone in K-town.

This is THE best postal store in Korea town, EXTREMELY helpful in many ways, they are very friendly and very efficient. Lots of help and assistance with different types of mail items, could not be happier with the service, highly recomend.

Good, Friendly. Only issue was they marked up the price of a mail box once I received a package, every other place allows you to get packages delivered without a fee...

Very unpleasant service here. I went there to drop off the package and obviously they gave me very unpleasant reactions. Also they said they're not responsible for loss of package for drop-off. I think they really have to improve their attitude a lot if they want to keep that office open.

I went to drop off a few boxes they told me they have too many stuff and told me to go to the actual post office , they also said they don’t care if my packages get lost , and I had my own boxes they still charged me a dollar for each box , this is illegal
