DONT USE ACS!!!!! Ever since ACS took over from ADT it has been a complete nightmare! slow almost non-existent response times, rude security personnel, and overall just a horrible company. we have switched to a different security company and would recommend you do the same.. not only are the rates starting to climb through the roof, if you ever need them for whatever reason, they will do nothing when they get there. they might ask a few generic questions but thats about all that will happen. you will be much better off just contacting LAPD right out of the gate. for the love of god do not use ACS

ACS Security is extremely professional and efficient. They came to our house within a couple days of our initial contact, Scott provided a quote within hours and scheduled our install just a few days later. The team was polite and moved quickly. We were home with a newborn during the install and they worked around us without any issues. Tyler spent at least an hour helping to set our phones and computers up and took extra time to make sure the camera angles and clarity were perfect. We highly recommend this company and are so glad we made the investment in our home security and peace of mind!
