I am grateful with this hospital they saved my dad's life from covid-19. My dad spent a month in the hospital with 80 liters of oxygen which for a full month the doctors told me that they were doing everything possible to save my dad's life but to be prepared because at any moment he could die. Thank God and the doctors and nurses they saved his life. After a month he qualified for a program that would check him at home and he was discharged until they realized that he was no longer at great risk.

My wife was pregnant and went to the ER on February 21, 2021. At the moment we didn’t know, but she was going through a miscarriage. Due to COVID-19 I was not able to go in with her. I have heard great feedback about this hospital and trusted that they would uphold what I’ve heard. Unfortunately my wife went through one of the worst experiences she has ever had. From the front staff to the security guard. She started bleeding in the waiting room and no one helped her. With the little energy she had she had to call out for help and no one would come. I would name them, but because she was going through a lot pain she can’t remember who they are. She felt degraded because she was bleeding out in the waiting room, her legs gave out due to the miscarriage( I’m not sure if that’s proper procedure, but she didn’t even get a room) and they still wouldn’t help her out. They didn’t assist in trying to clean her and left her the way she was. She mentioned that there was one guy and a girl that helped her out when she used the restroom. If you are reading this I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know all people are not the same, but it really discourage us from going back there again. I’m surprised that with everything she experienced that she was not given medicine, or kept her for observation in case she needed electrolytes or anything else to make her feel better. I had to look things up myself to help her out with her pain and how to stop the bleeding. All this happened between 8:30 - 11:30am. I wish was there to help my wife out when others couldn’t, but with COVID-19 around they don’t let anyone in. It really puts everything into a perspective about how there are some people taking advantage of patients at their most vulnerable time.

I am affiliated with LACENTA through my clinic - the Los Angeles Center for Hearing & Balance - and thus came to White Memorial to get a covid vaccine. The staff were very kind and parking was ample. I have full faith in the medical teams here and would recommend this hospital to anyone!

My partner and I chose this specific hospital to deliver our unborn baby and we were so excited about it we did our own tour around the hospital. And were thrilled and looking forward to giving birth to our baby here. Turns out we get stuck with no room after delivering a 10 pound babygirl very exhausted and tired my husband is sleeping on a chair and it’s a tiny space no privacy. It sucks that it turned out this way. Rooms are reserved and I am very upset.
