Internet is out and can't get through to support because, get this, the number they provide on their website is out of service. They are kind enough to provide an email but they have yet to reply. Essentially their tech support is non-existent right now. Anyone who had their internet out, how did you get it fixed? Did you have someone come in (if you managed to get through to actually speak to someone) or did you just wait for it to turn back on?

When it’s working - fantastic but otherwise very unreliable. I had no choice because it’s the only company serving our apartment building. We average at least one outage a week. Their customer support might as well be nonexistent.

Having alternatives to ISPs like Comcast is great, if they actually provide quality service. I live in a building with Aerioconnect and have had about 10 outages lasting multiple hours over the course of several months which has made working from home challenging and filled with interruptions. Customer service has been a bit fail - often times their customer service line is shut off and email goes unreturned. Recommend passing on them if you have options.

Keep deleting ur negative reviews, but there is another internet outage, which is god knows how many times is happening just this MONTH. Horrible internet, horrible customer services, horrible company. They will show their working hours until 10 pm, but they will never recieve ur calls after 6pm. Stop asking customers to pay more, and try to fix ur sloppy internet service.

This company is pathetic. Absolute horrible internet service. It goes down every single day. Unbelievable how bad it is. Was talked into trying them when I moved into a new building here in downtown Long Beach.
