Love this place! The food, coffee and ambiance is perfect. I would only recommend that you arrive early in order to get a seat. There is plenty of seating but seats are taken pretty quickly. You can study, talk or eat. This place is good for any of those.

Latte was absolutely amazing. Strong flavor, good foam consistency, and beautiful heart shaped artwork. I would come again, though it was crowded (10am on a Saturday seems to be a popular time) so it was a wait to get a seat and then another bit of wait for coffee to be made.
Alfred Tea Room coffee is the best coffee in Burbank it's smooth low acidic and have a dark chocolate note. The baristas are good, but I have to say barista \Andrew\ is a coffee Artist. He makes the Best latte making the coffee marry together with the milk and getting the best flavor note is an art and Andrew proves it all the time..
I have been coming here for a while. Great spot with ample cold brew options and killer breakfast burritos. They just went through a remodel and the inside is super comfortable. Also, they have three different cold brews on tap, so that is a five star win in my books. The staff is super knowledgeable and passionate about the beans they use. If you find yourself going down the 210 this is a great stop for good coffee and bites.
