Don’t ship with this company. I requested quotes for air and sea shipping but It takes them ONE week to provide it. I had to call multiple times for them to actually respond to me. To make matters worse, Shibani would ask for information that i already provided in a previous email. Worst customer service ever.
Use them if you have to. But if you have other alternatives, go for it. Office customer service is top notch. But the guys at the receiving warehouse act like they are doing you a favor. You come in with your goods, no acknowledgment. They walk pass you like you don't exist and close the gate. It takes multiple walk over to the office before someone grudgingly comes to attend to a customer. Seriously?! I am still in shock. This is preposterous, opprobrious, reprehensible and outright disgusting to even think that customers will be treated with such disdain.
I have used the services of American Export Lines for the last 3 years. During this period, I have shipped several containers internationally without any problem. I have been helped my many employees of this company and their customer service is exceptional. They deal with our company in a very professional way. They make it so easy to book and deliver containers on time to our warehouse and back to the port. The documentation is also handled very professionally, making our international shipping experience quite smooth. It only takes an email or a phone call to get everything going. We have had very positive experience dealing with the American Export Lines, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, stress free shipping experience!
