•Staff is extremely irritable and insensitive to the needs of L.G.B.T clients. •This location is very abrasive and dis-comfortable to clients who are mature and passionate about their health care and well-being. •The facility's patient records are very unorganized and quite dis-honest, especially for clients who are black, and L.G.B.T. •This facility approaches L.G.B.T clients with the utmost most of bias, and assumptions about the L.G.B.T person's character as it pertains to freedom. •The aura of this facility being felt is that the definition of freedom to the staff at this facility means: discharge. •The staff at this facility are not good with taking the initiative, meaning they wait for commands rather than using training and experience; this limits the patient's access to specialty (often urgent) needs like hormone replacement therapy, acupuncture, or other rehabilitative services due to hate crime attacks. •Client's records are not safe at this facility as it has been witnessed; Hispanic people and their per animals walking in and out of the facility on weekends and the one security personnell on payroll letting himself in on weekends and locking the sliding automatic doors behind himself. Legalize Innocence! 2021 Liberty is the forgiveness of the crime called conspiracy.

Awful Covid test Drive Through service. Made a CoviD test (was very painful, nurse made everything to make it as far a possible) and got nasal bleeding at the same day and awful headache. Awful!

Dr. Gottlieb is great and Judy the nurse is great, but Tracie is absolutely incompetent. Deborah the manager is nice. It's a mix. Giving them one star to call their attention that Tracie makes that whole place worthy of closing. If that's APLA Health, then go elsewhere, but it's not fair to the doctors who are good. Still, it's the whole experience. The doctors can't do their job if the nurses are going to be incompetent.

I am really upset at this office/ practice. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who is helpful or competent in assisting me in scheduling as a new patient. I have called, left voice mails, and been placed on hold several times. I work in health care, and have worked in the service industry and its upsetting when requests, as simple as scheduling, aren't being met. I am writing this review so that they better train their staff in follow ups and even just phone etiquette.
