The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Pls read if you’re thinking about ordering water from them don’t. I don’t usually give bad reviews as I just feel bad but I gotta warn people what this company is like. I have had two deliveries that came unexpectedly and we were charged for both. We didn’t order them and already had plenty of water. One I can’t fit all the water in my small apartment. So I called to have it picked up and get my money back. I was on hold both times for over 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they told me their system was done and someone would call me back. No-one called. So I called again the next day and again 20 minutes hold. Then again I was told someone would call me back. I gave up. A week or two later we got another delivery. So now I have 12 five gallon jugs of water!! I can’t fit them in my apartment. I called again after 30 mins of being on hold I get hung up on. I then called back and waited even longer. When I did reach someone and expressed I was very unhappy, I’m told their system is down still. After 3 weeks I would think a company this size would have things together. We cancelled our subscription and I’m still have had trouble returning all the water. Still can’t reach anyone. So I switched to Mountain Valley Spring water. As a note I found out that Arrowheads water is acidic not alkaline and it has more fluoride in it than most waters. Not cool.

By far, the most unreliable water delivery service in LA. I'm not one to publicly write scathing reviews, but seriously, Arrowhead warrants one big time. Guaranteed, your deliveries will not arrive on schedule and will be delayed by at least a week. Arrowhead is flaky, unreliable, understaffed, incompetent at how to manage a successful branch, and then rely on the poor customer service team/ drivers to smooth over customer complaints as management looks on from afar. I've inquired about where the point of break lies and it seems like one area to fault comes from the people responsible for creating delivery routes. It seems that drivers are given routes that require them to weave throughout LA without being directionally conscientious or time efficient. Basically, commonsense is to fault. Whoever works in the routing department is sending drivers to Hollywood for 5 stops, then to Venice for a few, then requiring them to come back to West Hollywood for a scattered stop. Why. You have one job: deliver bottles of water to companies and homes. Yet you fail continuously and then default on being short-staffed during the summer? How about hiring more staff seasonly? Seems like a simple fix, yet someone in the LA branch can't do their job right. Totally looking for a new vendor. Never again with Arrowhead. If you work with this company be prepared for a constant barrage of headaches and constant irritation at their lack of competence.

Worst water delivery service. I placed my first order on 08/08 today is 08/21 still no water at my home. All kind of excuses - “driver couldn’t find the address” “the driver ran out of time,” “we don’t have enough drivers” “we will deliver tomorrow” and blah blah. Customer service sucks, drivers GPS skills and following simple instructions suck! frustrating!
