Love their humble demeanor and professionalism. Twice we were not able to board due to no fault of their own but each time, the Asiana airlines people at the ticket counter were extraordinarily sympathetic and did what they could to help us out. They took the time (2hrs), and called many different people to make sure we were getting the necessary advice although they didn't need to. Will be flying with them a lot more.

Quiet ride on the A380, friendly crew. 4 stars due to limited IFE.
Very poor customer service. I wasn't able to board my flight because they close their check-in a whole hour before departure. Who does that? If they're going to do that at least give me fair notice in my confirmation email so that I'm aware. The Asiana employee tried to argue with me saying that it was all my fault and this information was available in my confirmation email, but I showed her the confirmation email, it did not contain the check-in time limitations. Keep doing this and pretty soon you'll lose what little customers you have left.
The agents are very helpful and friendly. They were extremely accommodating for two minors travelling by themselves to Korea from LAX.
