I had scheduled quote from multiple companies. However, once I spoke to Mike, I just decided to move forward with him. Glad it was a good decision. He offered me what is most optimal and the carrier furnace is extremely quiet. Initially I had opted for heater, and air-conditioning. What I also like most about Attic Wizard's team is responsiveness. They deliver what they promise, Thanks a lot.
We worked with Attic Wizard and MIke for our new furnace and air conditioner replaced. My furnace was almost 20 years old and my ducts all needed to be replaced too. There were 10 ducts replaced. They even had to swap out the furnace for a more expensive model because the noise level on the first one was quite loud. The replacement is much quieter and very efficient. Mike was honest, hard-working and eager to please. He left everything clean than when they started. They did a spectacular job.
I needed a good reliable company to re-insulate my attic and duct system, and clean out my crawl spaces. After contracting Tim at Attic Wizard the very next day he was here on time to do this inspection and give me a quote. He pointed many things out that were done wrong in my attic in my duct system not being insulated and in pieces of it being held together by actual duct tape, in pieces of my duct board damaged and separated. After agreeing on the price he began to work the very next day with his crew. They were all very professional, and very careful not to damage anything in the house by covering the furniture that was around their working area. Overall I'm very satisfied with Tim and his workers at the great job they have done at my house.
I highly recommend the attic specialist. I just bought a house and the attic insulation is full of mold,and rotten feces. I called about 3 companies and the attic specialist had the most competitive prices and best customer service. They walked me through the whole process, And help me get a rebate to save me money. We would recommend Adam and his team for all your attic needs.
