Pretty good experience with Audi of Downtown LA. Actually flew out to the area for a specific color/trim they had on an A7, Amir was my sales rep and often went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth. The initial asking price was a bit high, but Amir heard my concerns and was able to negotiate a reasonable offer which I very much appreciated. The rest of the process was smooth with no hidden fees or unnecessary pressure to buy into certain warranties. My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the upcoming 55k service wouldn’t be needed as I was buying the car at 52k. I was told over text that the car wouldn’t need another service until the 60k mark since the proper maintenance was already being done to prep for sale. This was not true and I did end up having to pay for a 55k service not too long after purchasing the car. That being said, I don’t believe that the dealership was purposely deceitful and that this was just a misunderstanding between my sales rep and the service department. Other than that, fantastic experience and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for an Audi in the LA area. If you’re coming from out of state, they’ll answer all your questions and send you home in a clean, smooth, and fun ride. (3 months of ownership, 6k miles on so far, no issues. No lemons here!)
