The spaciousness and beautiful interiors brought us here. Courtney, Abel and Sandra keep us here. The quality of their service and attention to our home needs surpasses our expectations. As we build our future and family, living here has been and continues to be nothing less than wonderful! Thank you for taking care of us and making it so that we can focus on our lives instead of our home. Example of outstanding service: I was recently home alone 8 months pregnant and with a toddler. I accidentally broke our shower glass door. Thank god they choose a safe tempered glass that didn’t injure me but it shattered all over. Called the office not expecting anything but to have them replace the door. They told me to leave it and they would take care of it. They cleaned up the glass, got a replacement door within hours of my call. After the installation, Abel once again cleaned but this time on hands and knees (the angel of man)wiped our bathroom floor assuring nothing was missed. All so that I could focus on my son.

If you have a repair that needs to taken care of....I wish you luck. Maintenance does not show up or shows up late for all agreed upon times. Seriously, there is a clear lack of communication and customer service. If you are considering to rent here, please send me a message and I will give you an honest review. Rent here is not cheap but customer service is. Brent is no longer the manager here. Other issues we have had are loud parties in the court yard, dogs running around off leash, and trash piled up high....generally I accept those things as something that happens in apartment communities BUT these maintenance issues are well within their control. Some residents also store birds in the garage... The cleaning ladies are wonderful here though. They work so hard and arrive well before anyone else.

Perspective from a prospective resident: I was not impressed by the proximity to the highway or the curb appeal of the garbage lined fence that divides the apartments from the highway. The highway noise is not a problem once inside the apartment. I would not want to hang out on my balcony with the highway wall view, but there are two courtyards to grill or hangout in. With the private courtyard space in mind, I did not see a single resident using this space during my afternoon visit. There are no other community amenities, no pool and no fitness center. I would not want to rely on this apartment office for package pick up or any maintenance issue because the offices are only open every other day and managed (as far as I could see) by one, part-time manager. The manager was knowledgeable about the property, but was the typical sales consultant in the matter of rattling off information and doing little to tailor my wants and needs to these suggestions. The price for a 2 bedroom on the day I toured was around 3,264 in March 2017 and would increase to almost 4,000 by the first week in April if I did not lock in the rate within the window. I cannot imagine what the renewal rate would be if I had taken the lower rate. Condo-like finishes in a 64 unit community, not the fun environment for a young couple, but great for families!
