D J my 20 year old son moved a few weeks ago into his new apartment next to college. The ly also moved my in-laws twice and our 50,000 office building all n one year. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST MOVERS. All moves went well. The deserved 10 stars and nit 5. I recommend them to everyone I know who planes to move. FORGET ABOUT THE REST AND HIGHR THE B E S T️️️

Worst move experience I've ever had and I've packed up whole apartments with my elderly parents. Move of 2 bedroom apartment took 9.5 hours to location one hour away. Two man team showed up one hour late from the scheduled arrival window with truck half the appropriate size. I was beside myself every time something was unloaded undamaged. Broken shelf on bookcase, scratched furniture, broken side table, ripped bag, ripped sofa cover with grease stain on sofa, broken couch leg, and maybe more once we open the boxes. And then as a cherry on top at the end, the email receipt was more than the price on the signed receipt by over 100. Please respect your belongings and don't use this company. I should say everyone was very polite as they destroyed our belongings.
Jacob and the team at Best Movers Los Angeles did a great job for us. They worked like dogs on a really hot day to get a big move done and get us into our new house. They did a very good job helping us pack and wrapping the furniture such that nothing was broken or scratched.
