I LOVE this place!! they have the best service and absolutely everything you could need. I came here recently to rent a bike. The guy in the back at the rentals desk (I'm sorry, don't remember his name! I remember he had reddish hair...yea, really helpful i know). Anyway, he was the bomb! He was super helpful and polite and efficiently got me in and out. Not to mention the price for renting bikes from here is SO much cheaper than the touristy places like Bike N Roll. And it is super close to the base of the Golden Gate Bridge so its a great place to rent from if you're biking the bridge.

My favorite places so far from the city center but so nice to be out there. Amazing selections things! Always a pleasure to go and walking out with something with their awesome discounts! Got myself a dope beers for half the price and a pair of skinny Levi's! This place over Rei any day.

I rented a bike from the online. It was by far the least expensive option in the area. They had it all prepped and ready for me so I only had to wait a minute for them to add the pedals I brought. I could take away one star for rear brake pad that were in need of replacement, but since I survived the day I'll let them keep the 5 stars. I wish I would have more time to look around this place it looks like an extremely cool store where I could spend a lot of money and time if I lived anywhere near it.

On 6 July 2020, I preordered a Bianchi Hybrid bike from Bike Attack, as a birthday gift for a family member. They took full payment, not a deposit. The Delivery was to be in August. In September, the delivery date changed to October. In October, the delivery date changed to November. As of February 2021, neither Bike Attack nor Bianchi USA (S.P.A) respond as to when the bike will be delivered. It takes about 3 to 7 months to order & for delivery of a custom Ferrari that contains about 30,000 parts. In comparison, a bike has about 800 parts and they cannot deliver a bike in 7 months. Sales delivery promises & Customer feedback are atrocious. UPDATE: On 4 February 2021, I sent an email to Bike Attack requesting a status of the 7 MONTH DELAYED Bianchi Bike order. 30 minutes AFTER I posted this review the store responded today 8 February, not by giving a revised delivery date, not by offering a comparable bike as a replacement, but by unilaterally canceling the order & refunding the money without asking the Customer if this is what he wishes to do. In July 2020, If I would have alternately invested my Bianchi Bike purchase money in Gamestop Corp. stock, I would have realized a 8095.99% increase. Don't lose out; bike buyers beware; do not shop at this store!
