I recently bought my first car at Honda of Hollywood. Because this was my first car car buying experience, I had planned on shopping around before committing to anything to make sure I wasn't rushing into things & to get the best deal possible. However my sales person Rob was so patient and generous with me in answering all of my questions and working out a deal I bought right then & there. I had a really great experience and would definitely recommend Honda of Hollywood and Rob to anyone looking for an automobile. I love my new Civic!

Had my BMW GS1200R serviced and tires replaced at this facility. No complaints. Everyone was courteous and timely. Purchased several parts at this dealership. Overall good experience. However, don't expect them to take back any electronic parts unless they made a mistake. I am sure most dealerships are the same, so, other than that, I am overall happy with their service.
I was definitely happy with the help these guys provided me especially being a 1st time buyer. They walked me through motorcycle basics recommended a class and have answered all of my riding questions since I have purchased the bike. Jason was the rep and he especially was a terrific help. I recommend them to anyone.
I was a long time customer at the North Hollywood store (motorcycles) and was bummed when they closed it down and I was going to have to add a half hour to my drive to get my parts. Fortunately it was a seamless transition: new parts dept. treats me great, same discount I received at the other store, and though their inventory seems to be less, and def less avail in the showroom, they do a great job of gathering what I need quickly.
Hi All. I'm not one to write reviews, but when you received Great Customer Service you have to share it. Frank, from the service dept. was awesome from start to finish. The guys that work for him are dedicated to fixing any problem that may exist. I felt very comfortable there, for a first timer. This is the place for me for future maintenance! Thank you!
Have been taking my Suzuki bike here since I bought. Unfortunately, a while back, they dropped the Suzuki line. So now I don't have a dealer local to me. I'll have to go up to Van Nuys. On my most recent visit I heard they will be dropping all lines except BMW. While this shop still had great customer service and a reliable service department, I won't be taking my motorcycle here any longer due to them not being able to consistently service Suzuki models.
Went in to get my Honda serviced (had an appointment.) Javier let me know that it didn't need it yet. I could get the oil change if I wanted but it wasn't necessary yet. I let him know that I was going on a long trip and wasn't sure about the tire pressure and the wiper blades and the wiper fluid was empty. Javier got someone to take care of it on the spot and when I asked him how much he said it was fine, no need to pay. How often does something like that happen? I'll be back for sure.
I always have a good experience with the service department here! Everyone is always super friendly and takes time to help me with whatever issues I have, large or small. Definitely recommended.
