Bob is truly a miracle worker! His approach is gentle, safe and mindful. I was injured years ago falling down a flight of stairs. I thought my back would never be the same. I always fought with yearly flare ups. Since working with Bob, I have less flare ups and he's given me exercises that I can implement to ease the the pain when they do come up. I would highly recommend his Rolfing services to anyone who has chronic pain. Its well worth the visit.

I cannot reccomend Bob and the Rolfing technique enough! After years of bodywork of all types, I have gained more benefits from a month with Bob than I did through years of other methods. As a lifelong athlete who is prone to injury, my body was mostly scar tissue (lol). I came to Bob hoping to heal a dislocated shoulder along with other prior tears and breaks. After about a month of Rolfing with Bob, I not only have range of motion and flexibility in my shoulder, neck, spine, hips, knees - my whole body! - that I haven't had in over two decades, but I am also able to see colour more clearly, and hear a tonal range I haven't heard since childhood. No matter what your ailment, Bob can help!
