Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They're very tentative and sincere. They don't try meet some quota, they're actually trying to help you find exactly what you're looking for. They even make customized jewelry, if that's what you're looking for. Judy was our personal helper and she was amazing. She responds to all our emails in a timely matter and she even works with her manager to get you the best price possible.

My husband and I planned our elopement in two weeks! I was living in Fort Worth, TX at the time and I emailed Bridal Rings in hopes to make an appointment considering I was going to fly in for the weekend to find the rings and a venue. Cathy responded to my email within minutes and I had an appointment scheduled for that same weekend. She asked if there were any specifics regarding diamonds and styles I was looking for so that she can be prepared with options which I thought was a huge plus considering she knew I was pressed for time. We arrived and Cathy immediately greeted us and it felt like we knew her for years! All I told her was that I was looking for something \classic\; a solitaire. She brought us two setting options and a beautiful diamond... It was perfect! Everything else fell into place and we were in and out in less than two hours. All their diamonds are guaranteed and believe me, they have all the paperwork in place. Definitely one of the best decisions we've made was to go to Bridal Rings! Plenty of parking downstairs in the parking garage and very a very secured building.
