I've had to obtain several apostilles for traveling to China and the Czech Republic. I've not had one serious problem with their service. In fact, they were rather helpful in finding a place for me to get a document notarized before giving me the apostille needed, and the process passed quickly.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.We came in to file a simple form. We are patient and completely willing to follow all instructions. From the start they shout at you the same commands and do not give you a chance to ask a simple question. With COVID, I completely respect the policies and when asked for only one person to enter, I said ok but may I quickly fill the new form ( we had previously filled a form out before coming and this guard started shoving, I do mean actually shoving paperwork at you while literally touching you to push you in a direction) and this guard curtly shouts at me “there are other people in line and he needs to know what to do or don’t come here”. I understand that his job is stressful and he often encounters rude people but his behavior is completely unprofessional. There is no need to shout at EVERY SINGLE PERSON. There is no need to become upset when a person is unclear by your muted directions. There is NO NEED TO TOUCH A PERSON. THEY ARE NOT POLICE ONLY HIRED SECURITY. this behavior is shocking and be warned when you enter. The service for filing I hope is efficient and effective as the reviews suggest. If not, this facility needs to remind its staff of the actual power they do and DO NOT Possess.

Great staff, highly organized and very friendly. I came here for Apostile for my Son’s birth certificate for indian OCI card. Parking is plenty round the building. Look for public parking spots they will charge 8.

I needed to call to ask a question concerning apostille mailing options, and I opted to have them call me back. When they did, there was a bit of confusion at the start because the woman spoke really fast and I didn’t understand her. I didn’t recognize the phone number (it was different than the number I called), and there wasn’t even a Caller ID, so I was naturally cautious. Once that was cleared, the woman answered my question. The interaction was short and simple, but I really didn’t appreciate the rude tone in the woman’s voice in the process of clearing things up. Her tone lightened when she answered my apostille question, but it should have been light the whole time. Maybe she was having a busy or hard day (since there were 25 calls ahead of mine already at 10:00 AM), but I don’t think that’s an excuse to speak to me in a tone that leaves me feeling upset.
