If they take your case is because they have a very high chance of winning. Will keep giving you status updates along the way. Even text back during holiday hours which surprised me. Although took a while for some final paper work to arrival after settlement I am happy with results. Attorney reached out recently and expressed staff is shifting to higher level of customer service so definitely give them a call and see if they can help. I did alot of research and went with this law firm because of their competency in handling workman's comp claims. Peter takes pride in helping you understand the process and outlook of the case. Very knowledgeable along with staff. Thank you again for reaching out and being sympathetic towards my case.

Very very poor experience. The answering service or receptionists they have deal with you may waste months of your time with no help or information whatsoever. Stay away. I can confirm what the other reviewers are sayin about rude service. I went through the same thing.

The worse experience I've ever had. If you want your case marked as a loss this is the place to be. Where do I start. First they are extremely rude and in terms of communication super bad. I am not a lawyer but I suggested to them to go after the place of injury as I was working as a temp for a staffing agency , he told me you cannot do that we have to go after the staffing agency which didn't have insurance which made my case complicated. They wasted 3 years of my life and they couldn't do a simple thing (services my employer with a law suit latter) I mean this is the most basic thing and they were unable to do so. After 3 years if going back and forth they decided to drop my case basically and said that the person who used to handle my case type is gone and they don't have anyone to handle the case, they gave up the right to making any money off my case. I went to another firm(Jackson &Jackson) and God I see where a person who knows what they are doing can do. Unbelievable in less than 7 months my current lawyer was able to go after the place where I was injured and able to settle the case ... That's what good law office does. Also I felt like I was treated very good with my current lawyer as I personally get to discuss things with him vs always having to deal with a receptionist. My advice don't waste your time here ... He almost got my case throwing in the trash. I hope this can find you well who ever is working on handing him a case. Also they probably closed their last Google reviews because of they were bad and I won't trust their current reviews. I'll probably get a response from them on this post ignore it they will try to justify and make themselves look good.

I am so greatful I found this law firm. After almost loosing a case do to my previous lawfirm negligence. Peter and his team came to the rescue.
