Great folks to work with and always prompt to return phone calls, answer questions and deliver product. I have used them numerous times in the past year and always find them pleasant and helpful and their prices competitive. If you want great service, excellent products and a fair price--Cartridge Works needs to be your supplier. Products always arrive promptly in no more than 2 days from placing the order. Highly recommend.

Great management
This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever dealt with. After purchasing a batch of their cartridges I found that they were nothing as they claimed. They ran out prematurely and would give our machines problems. No biggie I thought, I will simply stop ordering from them. However the owner, Alex King, at least that’s who he says he is has been relentless in getting us to buy more of his substandard ink cartridges. After numerous attempts to get him to stop calling us. I finally told him that we are not ordering cartridges online and that we are simply purchasing them through staples. He then demanded to get in contact with our store owners. When I told him that I would not let that happen he began calling me homophobic slurs and calling me every name in the book. This business seems to be nothing but a scam with one heck of a leader trying to sell his snake oil to unsuspecting businesses. Please whatever you do, do not order from this business. You will regret it. I attempted to contact their main office as I couldn’t believe that this guy was truly a business owner. However he then threatened me with harassing him and completely changed his tone. He stared his lines are not recorded. Well no worries because ours are.
Great customer service and quick delivery! Alex always takes care of whatever our office may need.
