Worse customer service. Took forever to sit us down. Then was asked if we needed anything.. Never were given utentils. Baked salmon roll was not cooked evenly. Then even had to get up to ask for receipt. Never eating here again.

Great customer service and delicious food. The whole covid19 thing screws up every restaurant and everyplace uses covid 19 as an excuse for terrible customer service, BUT NOT Cho-Oishi, this restaurant's staff really goes out if it's way to make your meal an enjoyable one. The Shabu Shabu is great.
Had a lovely dinner before we went to a Christmas Program at Dolby Theatre (in same complex). Beautiful decor with peaceful ambience. The food was pretty good, and our server Praew, was very sweet. The restaurant was pretty busy, which I think impacted her ability to provide us with efficient service ( a bit of a delay at times and she was hurried). Overall, a great experience.
two days ago was our first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the excellent food and wine and with the friendly payment. We will no doubt come back again.

Good food and good price, a bit hidden on the third floor of the Hollywood highland mall, if you need to pick up quick can stop by the Loews hotel and run up.
