This practice is well-organized, efficient and professional. The waiting room is always full but they do a good job of taking patients temperatures when they arrive and enforcing social distancing in the waiting area. Wait time in the reception area isn't very long, but once you are in an examination room, the wait time for being seen and treated is longer than I expected. The doctors and staff are very friendly and the doctors/PA's are especially attentive. They give you their full attention and don't rush through their consultation or treatment. They do a great job of explaining their diagnosis, your treatment options and trade-offs. This office also seems to be pretty state-of-the-art in terms of equipment, procedures and protocols. I am in network, so after my initial paperwork was completed, everything else was a breeze (fast check-in/check-out).

I don’t know if there are enough words to express my gratitude to everyone at Comprehensive Urology. I was dealing with ED and felt like I had tried everything. I came to Comprehensive Urology after having already tried two other doctors and getting little results. Dr. Michel suggested we try low intensity shockwave therapy and it made all the difference. If you are having any sort of trouble with ED I would highly recommend giving Comprehensive Urology a call.
AT the tender age of 71, Dr. Michel is one of the finest physicians I have ever been a patient of! He listens to me and explains medical jargon in terms I understand. He spends the time I require on my visits and has a wonderful bedside manner. I'm very fortunate to have him and his great medical staff!
I have reoccurring UT infections. Dr Rosen listened carefully to my symptoms, ordered several tests and procedures, prescribed an antibiotic, and several over the counter supplements to help alleviate the problem. All this while making an older woman comfortable with the examination. His demeanor and professionalism is to be commended. CS
I went to Comprehensive Urology for incontinence treatment. I was very happy with the way I was treated and the experience I had. My problems were very embarrassing but Dr. Michel made me feel very comforted. I highly recommend this office. They are wonderful and kind. I hope to use their services for a long time time come.
