I went to Computer Ahnex last week and had a wonderful experience! They are honest and knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to help me fix my PC very quickly. They even suggested improvements to my build and improved my design as a package included when they put everything back together! Thank you!

This was my first time at this store and not only was I amazed at Mr Ahn's customer service, but how quickly he was able to assess my problems and fix them with no time. He was genuine, personable and trustworthy. I am indeed very pleased.

Computer Ahnex were GREAT with repairing our laptops. We expected it to take a week or so and they had both of them repaired in one day. They even repaired what a different shop had been unable to do. They also give you accurate quotes and don't pressure you to buy any unnecessary upgrades. So happy with their transparent pricing and service.

Amazing fast service. Had a system repair loop. Followed every step possible to try to fix it, nothing. Stressed out so I brought my PC here hoping for the best and the guys fixed it within 2 hours along with saving all my important files needed for my job. Fair price and great customer service.

Located within the Koreatown area near Olympic and Vermont. Business is in the far right corner on the second floor. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes as well as gas stations, a bank and market. Due to being off of two busy boulevards, there tends to be moderate to heavy traffic between 12pm to 6pm, so be advised. Owner(s) and staff are knowledgeable, professional, honest and more than happy to assist you with all of your questions or concerns regarding computer electronics, etc. I believe it was Jay who helped me over the phone (not sure) but he was super cool, helpful, quoted me a great price for what I needed done and said it would be done within 45 minutes to 2 hours. Also, they don't charge a fee (25 at others) to diagnose your computer. Overall, everything was great! 4 Stars because I wasn't able to actually get my computer worked on...
