Cosa Buona Reviews | Rating 4.3 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Cosa Buona is located in Los Angeles, United States on 2100 Sunset Blvd. Cosa Buona is rated 4.3 out of 5 in the category italian restaurant in United States. Chef Zach Pollack, of the critically acclaimed Silver Lake restaurant Alimento, is bringing his second concept to the East Side of Los Angeles with Cosa Buona, a restaurant that will celebrate Italian-American cuisine and the modern pizzeria. Housed inside the former Pizza Buona space which dates back to 1959, Cosa Buona continues to showcase Pollack’s inspired Italian dishes with an L.A. sensibility. Here, Pollack’s focus turns to expertly crafted antipasti, salads, and pizza, as well as a selection of both classic and playful interpretations of Italian sandwiches available for both lunch and takeout. Served in the restaurant’s convivial atmosphere, Pollack’s menu emphasizes the best versions of familiar favorites by using mindfully sourced ingredients from local artisans and growers complemented by a selection of natural wines from Italy and France.

Food tasted good. Portion size was an absolute joke. Way over priced for what u get. Service was terrible.

I love this place. At the edge the pizza is flabby and crispy. The bow tie pasta is also fantastic. It's a medium pepperoni with pineapple and bow tie pasta, my husband and I go for dinner. We share it, and always need to take home enough.

I love this place. The pizza is fluffy and crispy at the bottom. The bow tie pasta is great also. My husband's and I go to meal is a medium pepperoni with pineapple and the bow tie pasta. We share it and still have enough to take home. They serve pizza bread before your food comes out. It's great when dipped in their mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My husband loves it.

Excellent deep dish pizza. Started with beer and some wings - they have a nice dry rub and a homemade sauce. Got the classic pizza and really enjoyed it. Was extremely full with leftovers to boot when we left. Service was busy but it was easy to flag anyone down if we needed anything. Our server was solid and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.

This place is off the hook. Highly recommend the mozzarella sticks, chicken parmesan sandwich, and the pizza. If you can, get some of the gorgonzola dip they have that comes with the wings. It tastes good on EVERYTHING. My wife and I were in town for one night only, (and we were very hungry) so we got one of everything. Not bad prices, and the staff is friendly. A must-visit if you're in LA.
