I'm a Coway Rep so I'm biased. : ) I asked all my friends that use Coway what their thoughts were and they love the products. I saw the bad reviews and it was disheartening but when I got my water system, air purifier, and bidet installed, the service was great, I tipped him (hard working family man, and Mrs. Cindy Moon took care of me from beginning to end. After the installation, they called me and asked me if everything went well. From the reviews, it looks like they obviously need to fix some things but the main thing is, once you sign the contract, you can't cancel for any reason. This seems like the main problem. I get the frustration but its a contract. As far as the products, they are great.

As a user of two different air purifiers，I must say that I am very much satisfied with both the service and products. Deliver wore facemask，gloves and shoe cover，taught me how to use them after installation. The signal lights of the machines turned from red to blue after 30-50 minutes. （30mins downstairs and 50 mins upstairs I guess because of the carpet） I leave them on 7-24，very quiet when running，and very sharp too. The lights turn green or pink when I cook or cleaning the carpet.

This company has money before customers. Never rent or buy. It is too expensive.

Long time customer due to contract issues (high termination fees), but it's time to correct their business ethics. Horrible services and unethical business practices. Need to pursue legal action to make the company understand their unethical behavior. Post and contact if you feel the same. Such companies need to publicly be addressed!!!

Coway is huge in Korea, basically dominates in this segment. But don't expect they'd treat their customers like a proper corp would do. In 1 word they are cheapskates!! I ve been with them for over 4yrs and with a broken system, they refused to replace with a new one, rather they want to fix. And all 3 trips they made, nothing got rectified. And guess what they still wouldn't replace. I'm totally done with them, they won't even refund entire month just for as a curtesey. As many accounts and big as they are, they are incredibly CHEAP!
