I don’t even know where to begin. When I signed the lease, the manager at the time stated there will be fobs placed in the elevator for security. Fast forward three months later, 9 cars were broken into the garage, including mine. Not one apology from management, but fob was finally put in (took a 9 car break in for that to happen). Second incident of break in happened weeks or months later ( can’t remember), but property was stolen then too. At this point I knew I was not going to be renewing. I gave my 30 day notice and the manager simply stated to leave all keys and remotes on the counter. Hahah no that won’t be happening. I’ve stayed in enough rentals to know a walk through must be done. So he showed up that day, even though it was inconvenient for me, bc he was leaving to go out of town the following week. He told me to patch and paint all the holes and I would be receiving full deposit back. LIES. I hired a professional cleaner, went out and bought the exact paint colors as he told me and patched and painted myself. Took me three hours. When I finally ask them after I move out two weeks later to see where my check was, they act as if I never sent them the forwarding address. I sent it three times in email. I finally receive my check and of course they deducted over 1400! I make MANY calls and sent many emails and I remained patient. Finally, I get an email back stating it was a mistake and I was to receive 800 back and thanks for pointing that out to them. How could a company make that large of a mistake and then ignore my calls and emails for that long?!? And why did I waste my time painting if I was going to have money deducted anyways?!?? Such an unprofessional company and unresponsive!! I still have yet to talk to them on the phone. They mind as well throw their phone away bc they don’t use it. There are plenty of places to rent in LA. Choose another.

I've been living in my apartment which is managed by Crescent Canyon for a few years now. I absolutely love living here! My property manager, Bianca, is quick to respond to any questions I have and she is incredibly nice & professional. Any time I need maintenance it is a fast response and the issue is always fixed quickly! Some tenants in my building recently reached out to management about fixing up our back patio area and within a few weeks the area was cleaned up and new furniture was purchased. It looks beautiful! I have no plans to move, I am very happy with my apartment and how the building is managed. I highly recommend Crescent Canyon for anyone who is looking for an apartment!
I live in one of the buildings they manage and they are Great! A true pleasure and they always wear a mask and take safety first when on site. I just wish all my old apartments had this company working for them when I lived there. Crescent Canyon definitely takes care of there tenants and buildings.
They are super reliable and helpful. Our property manager, Bianca, is as good as it gets. She responds quickly and is always helpful. The management group has also been very considerate when it comes to issues that have come up due to Covid-19. Also, they do a nice job keeping old buildings is great shape. Our building is from the 1950s and it has maintained all of its charm. I'm still a tenant and don't plan on moving, but if I do, I would likely look at other CCM properties because I know they aren't out scam you. Highly recommend!
I’m extremely happy with all of my interactions with Crescent Canyon. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance people are very kind and professional. My requests are always promptly handled. Wish every management company operated like this one!
I’m so excited to have started a new lease at a property managed by Crescent Canyon Management. Their portfolio of properties are beautiful and well maintained. Working with Lisa has been a dream— I appreciate her warmth, professionalism, expediency, and clear communication.
Working with Crescent Canyon Management has been great. It is a very serious and professional company. People in the office and building managers are always friendly and helpful. Communication with them is easy; they have been really good about promptly answering my calls or emails.I would recommend them without hesitation.
Worst experience I ever had in my life trying to rent an apartment. This company participated in false advertising, won't communicate even after multiple attempts at contacting them and even have boarder line fraud practices. After going through a unusual application process, I was approved for the apartment, but when the lease arrived it was a different price than what was listed. For those that are interested, please see the attached screenshots of the price we were promised and then look at the price now and you can see they changed them. This is not a different unit! I've made multiple screenshots of the listings at the price we were promised by their leasing agent, so I can show to the Department of Real Estate. I wonder if I will get a response now that I'm leaving a public review of their company, because private emails and phone calls don't get anywhere with management.
