Ordered 500.00 on their website sept 5th. They stated two to three weeks delivery. After another 5 days after emailing them there was a delay and asked to be patient. Now another week they promised it would ship in two days. They sent tracking after another 4 days . I thought great finally! Checked tracking for 3 days and package has not shipped!!! Again contacted them for refund.. must wait another 7 days. Don’t order from this company... terrible service and no package as promised ..

I should've read the reviews. I placed an online order over 3 weeks ago and have not received the order. I emailed them and got an auto reply that I would hear back in 24hrs.....it's been 4 days and nothing. I call, no answer. My sister in law had a baby this week and everything I ordered was a gift for the newborn (it was a kids sample sale) now I have to rush buy a different gift and also figure out how to get my money back since they are non responsive. An absolute FRAUD.
This is a very professional operation with a great staff.. I am so happy after attending a recent sale.. I found what I bought online for less and they respectfully made a price adjustment.. They really hear the people and follow reviews .. I highly recommend this business and give kudos for customer service.. Staying afloat in LA in retail is no easy task.. I truly support Eclipse and thank Safa for her quick reply and helpful response..
