This class is very thorough and you get what you pay for, we practiced, repetitively, that's the key to remembering the procedures and processes of this class. Management handled it well, but I had a bad experience with my ACLS recert course. The instructor did not cover the required AHA course content and was uninterested in feedback. I emailed the owner after the course and she asked for specific feedback and immediately refunded my money and said she would address these concerns with the staff.

I am very pleased with this school!! I got my IV/Blood Withdrawal certificate here. I like how the school lets you reserve a seat for only 50, and you dont have to pay the school everything to register. There are other available discounts. I learned a lot from the class, and I enjoyed the instructors. It was a fun group of students!
