My friends ended up getting their wedding bands that day, but we didn't. Even when we told the woman helping us we weren't ready to purchase, the customer service never changed. She was still as nice and helpful as ever, and didn't push us to buy something just to make a sale.

David helped us design the ring of my dreams even with my less than detailed description of what I wanted. He made sure I got what I saw in my head but wasn't sure how to verbalize. My fiancé and I loved the customer service we got here instead of previous experiences we had at chain stores. He was invested in hearing all about us and our relationship. We gained a jeweler for life when we found Errol's Jewelry.

Tony and his mother were absolutely amazing, there service they provided went above and beyond. We got a great deal on our wedding ring, earrings and wedding band, we never felt pressured to purchase anything and they made the whole buying process as easy as possible and pleasurable

I bought my fiancée's engagement ring at Errol's. The experience was great. The business is family owned, and is operated by the most helpful and trustworthy people you could hope to find. Tony took the time to explain everything to me. He was also very honest about pricing -- even pointed out to me that the cheaper of two diamonds I was considering was actually the better stone, and explained why. We returned to Errol's a couple times to get some adjustments done on the ring -- they helped us immediately without having any advanced notice, and were happy to do so. I will definitely return to Errol's in the future.
