We selected a fabric that was discontinued and Anna communicated with us directly to tell us about similar choices. She shipped out samples right away any when we re ordered the new choice was here in days! Thanks, now it’s up to us to get the chairs covered by the Holidays!

Cliff's is the best. I find everything I need there (and everything I don't)! Staff is so nice and knowledgeable. When I need something and am not sure what store might sell it, I normally call Cliff's first. Most recently used Cliff's to get my kitchen knives sharpened. Fast, cheap and well done.
