If you ask, they will find the right solution for your budget. My first quote was way over what I could afford. I explained my situation and Joe worked with me to find the perfect and least expensive way to get my items back to Hawaii. Love these guys.

I do not recommend. This is specifically for the Box brothers warehouse off Gilroy St. I came in Wednesday 11/7 and spent 50 to send an expensive tent off for repairs. I had a friendly conversation with the employee about the tent and even showed him which one it was. Cool. I pay and leave. I get notified 11/15 of my package shipment notification which means my package was just sitting around for 7 days (????). I check my tracking number and it says Pre-shipment, Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Fast forward to 11/27 and my package is still saying the same thing. I call and ask for help and some guy tells me he'll call me back. Surprise. Nothing. I call again the next day. I'm told my package was picked up by USPS so to call them. I ask if they know the name of the mailman and I get the answer of o we don't keep track of who comes to get the boxes\.. I call USPS and they tell me sure the label was created but had they picked it up it would've shipped immediately the following day. Lady even says how odd it is how long they took & she's sorry that the package I shipped didn't allow for insurance. I call Box Brothers back and ask them to please look around for the box, maybe its still lying around and then the guy defensively tells me \I personally saw the usps guy take your box... but I'll look for it and if I see it I'll call you back\. Story changes to this guy all of a sudden personally seeing someone take my box. Uh huh. You can imagine what happens next...nothing! So now I'm out my initial expensive tent fee AND a 50 shipping fee thanks to Box Brothers. How a shipping place can screw up sending a simple box is beyond me. Do not use this place. They will cost you.
If I could give no stars I would. Not for the employee, but for the completely over priced boxes. Terrible.
