Best Luggage Store. EVER. The staff knows luggage and travel, conveys respectful friendliness while making their clients feel welcome. Even when we come dangerously close to lingering past closing. Their prices cannot be beat. My first time stepping into Savinar was in search of a graduation gift for my daughter, the salesperson greeted us immediately with a rare combination of warmth and professionalism - and her guidance was indispensable! Since then Savinar is the only place I will purchase luggage, travel accessories and my favored Baggallini handbags. The product and prices are excellent; equally important the shopping experience is stellar.

What fantastic customer service! Going in knowing practically nothing myself, the people there were knowledgeable and friendly when it came to educating me on the differences between all the options, which there were so many of. It was certainly the best selection I’ve ever seen! And every possible travel accessory I could ever need! Really grateful to have help navigating everything. Ultimately, I decided on a set of Briggs and Riley bags. I did some research online looking for the best deal and found their prices to be very competitive! Overall, very happy with my experience. For both their huge selection of bags and accessories AND incredible customer service, H. Savinar Luggage will be the first place I go next time!

I need luggage that functions optimally for a long time, can really take a beating, while still looking somewhat svelte or at least respectable. Norman is extremely knowledgable and gave me solid recommendations amid a large selection of quality luggage. If I had purchased the same bag online or on Amazon I would have paid full retail whereas Norman gave me a much appreciated sizeable discount. Also he let me know that I can drop off my old luggage (that is still in good condition but no longer serves my needs) and they'll drop it off to a charity for orphaned kids who need to tow their stuff around. (I like that it serves vulnerable children in need.) This place is for the serious traveler who doesn't need a fancy storefront to procure their luggage; if you want Venice hipster backpacks then you may be disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend to others and come back here myself again.
