I actually worked there during nursing school. Since I've worked for similar home health agencies and Homeinstead is the best. They always answered the phone and provided everything needed. I also never had an issue with payments. They had lunches at the office often. They were nice and efficient.
My brothers and I were very pleased with the service our Mother received from Home Instead Senior Care. The aides were very nice,professional and most of all very caring to our Mother. They also spoke Spanish and that made our Mother comfortable knowing that she could communicate with the aides. We would strongly recommended Home Instead Senior Care to our friends and family.
