Once they take your case and you have signed on the dotted line.They never pick up the phone to update you on the status of your case. And when you call they pick up in the beginning.Give them time they will start ignoring your calls. They will take forever to close your case want a big pay out for themselves. I would give them a half a star if it was possible

Promise the moon and then leave you with a lot of debt. Don't use these guys. Don't do there homework and give you wrong info about payouts for your case. I've lost a lot of time and money due to these characters. Promised 40k Got 8k. Not even close to the amount I needed to cover my bills after accident! Terrible experience....
I consulted this firm when searching foi an attorney who would take my case for a claim against an insurance company that denied me coverage after a motorcycle accident. Mr. Shemtoub was straight-forward, direct, and honest. Despite the fact that his firm didn't address laws that the issues in my case involved, he pointed me in the right direction, _and I am a law school grad_ . He spent more time on the phone with me than any other attorney I had contacted, and he gave me more advice, accurate and helpful advice, *FOR FREE*. The man is to be commended for that alone. Either way, I got a very strong sense of trustworthiness from our conversation, and almost felt like I had made a friend, as opposed to consulted with an attorney. Don't let it fool you, though - I was confident in his ability to be a monster to the opposition at the same time. I would have retained him if his firm would have been able to take my case. I recommend a consultative phone call, at the very least, if you are in need of a competent PI guy. He's a straight shooter, he doesn't beat around the bush, and he's honest. AND, _it's free_
gave me high hopes then after a few months gave me some bad news. the problem i had was that they did not do their homework begfore jumping into things. therefor at the end i was in debt. in the process i had a total of 3 paralegals who called me to "update" me but i was the one updating them. they handled this case very bad. i will never recomend this firm.
They never answer the phone I would never recommend them to anyone they lie to you about payment
Im not sure yet. They are still working for me this is a very big case, I just pray they do right by me.
Please don't Hire this firm. The worst law firm ever!
