Very nice store. Music is played here is very atmospheric and personal very welcoming. Come on Sunday an you can buy something for 1. 4 stars cause some clothes looks used

Every time I go to this boutique, I have a great experience and walk out with clothes I'm in love with! The service is amazing. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful without hovering over you while you shop. I generally do not like to shop, but I love going to this boutique because of the great service and amazing clothes!

There was a time when I looked forward to going to Jet Rag and spending the afternoon shopping but after today that won't be happening again. I bought a pair of pants there last week and when I got home I discovered the zipper was broke. I didn't think it would be a big deal to take them back and get store credit. Boy was I wrong. The security guard at the door asked me if I was returning something and I said yes to which he politely informed me that all sales were final. Since I had a broken zipper I thought they would make an exception so I asked if I could see the manager. She was sitting at the register doing nothing even though there were about 5 people waiting, she came over to me (with a chip on her shoulder) and asked me what was wrong, I told her the zipper was broken and I would like to get store credit if I could. She looked at the pants and didn't even take the time to check the zipper, she just said, \the tags are not on the pants\, I told her they were on the bottom of the bag but apparently that was a deal-breaker for her because she just said no, no tags no return. I left the store and had to take the jeans to my tailor to see if she can repair them and what the cost is going to be. That will be the last time I shop there, I'll be going to Wasteland instead.

My first experience here was so wonderful. The sales associate was very helpful and so friendly. I tried on a few dresses and purchased one that day. She was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend the store, the accessories were also very beautiful.
