Jon's is great. Their prices are fairly high so I don't do my regular shopping here. They're right across the street from my where I live, though, and will occasionally have a sale. Also, their service friendly so that's why I would recommend them...

I would give this store a 0 if I could... the only reason I ever stepped foot in this place is its location. That being said, this place (and its surrounding area) is disgusting. It also caters to a *very* small clientele- see photo for a hint. Based on this location, I have no desire to go to any other Jons, family owned or not. I have never bothered with fresh produce here and the only thing I have consistently found convenient is the ice cream (and eggs but this store isn't cheap). If you're getting one thing, like I attempted earlier today, because I did not want to break a large bill or charge my card for one thing less than ten dollars, ****the only coins this place accepts are in rolls from the bank***. Apparently Jons employees cannot take a minute to count, but it's okay that I, as a customer, typically must wait forever in line for who knows what type of transaction ahead of me due to a shortage of cashiers (earlier this evening was actually miraculously short, go figure). I have worked retail and I never refused a customer for using legitimate currency, !change!, when they had accumulated enough to be rid of. Perhaps counting at the end of the evening is more strenuous, but that's just business. But because of this policy at Jons, I had no desire to support this already unimpressive business who refused my well counted, clean, change, (though the cashier and manager weren't rude about it, just firm). Instead, I opted to support another local business that was a bit farther away. I will happily avoid Jons forevermore.

WHY DO YOU HAVE AN EXPRESS LANE WHEN 10 ITEMS OR LESS DOESN'T MATTER? EVEN 20 ITEMS IS FINE. BUT WHEN SOMEONE HAS 100 ITEMS IN THEIR CART AND YOUR CASHIER'S NEVER SAY ANYTHING, WHY HAVE IT AT ALL? THIS IS THE MOST SLOWEST, MOST MOLDY PRODUCE, MOST MISMANAGED JONS I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I'M SO DAMN TIRED OF WAITING HALF AN HOUR IN LINE. IT'S NOT JUST THE EXPRESS LINE, IT'S EVERY LINE. IT'S JUST AUTOMATIC HALF HOUR IN THE LINE.

my family and I like to shop at Jons market daily and use the MoneyGram a lot. But today will be my last time to visit this store. The store manager, Herbert, and the other manager are so rude. Today, I went in as usual for a grocery shopping but we stop by to get the money first via Moneygram. This is not the first time that this happens. Herbert said he's receiving some money in the back and will be back in 10 mins. My baby and I had waited for more than 30 mins but never come back. No other staff seems to care either and the store wasn't so busy. So I asked, can someone call the manager, please but the staff said, he's busy in the back. I said if he's busy and if there's no money, why didn't he says so in the beginning. So I don't have to wait for this long. The the staff was yelled at my face because my baby was taking off the price tag? if they would take care of their customer at first, this wouldn't be a problem. Maybe Jons needs more training for the employees so they can have better serve their customers.
