I've had work done on a few bikes here and the mechanic work has been good. Not giving 5 stars for a couple reasons. When ordering an item or getting bike work done, they don't call to let you know your stuff is ready, you gotta call, even tho they say they're gonna call you. Also, got a tune up there and asked for a new crank setup, we agreed on a price and when I picked up my bike they had added a derailleur to make the new setup work. Obv it needed to be done but they didn't call to give me a heads up on the extra part/charge. The mechanic work done on my bike was good and I'm happy with it, and the workers are always nice and generally helpful. Their customer service/communication is not great, I would say.

I went in after getting a recommendation to check out this place from a random independent merchant in Santee Alley. After knowing what my spending limits for a bicycle were I was able to purchase a beautiful 21 speed Giant Roam bike. This fit my plans perfectly. And they even thru in a free kickstand and adjusted it to fit my height. After riding it around I have had several compliments and jealous remarks from other Road and Mountain bike enthusiasts. I feel that I got a great deal and made a good decision to enter this store.
Great service and really cool people who care about biking. Totally took care of us and helped us. COVID safe. Regulated entry makes the store safe. Love this place.
They have some real awesome bikes for the entire family. From ebikes to boosted skate boards. Mountain, road, gravel, even fixies. They'll work with your budget.
Extremely satisfied w my purchases and recommendations from the staff here. First time picking up actual hiking gear, Charles and Natalie did a superb job explaining everything and making us feel like Just Ride family. Highly suggest inquiring on their \CO-OP\ membership. Would recommend this location for picking out any camping or hiking gear. Thanks again guys! Will be back soon for next hiking expedition. - Rob
