Great experience in Montessori education, long lasting benefits for little ones before starting kindergarten. Little kids play with older kids. Once the little ones start their third and last year they become the leaders. Play time, piano, gym class, ballet and taekwondo are available. Teachers are wonderful, kind and loving. Children are happy, fulfilled and look forward to each new day. A brilliant choice for Montessori.

Outstanding Montessori education for our children. The complete program is a total of 3 years, which we would highly recommend before the official start of kindergarten. Wonderful teachers who believe in the value of teaching education, compassion, kindness, mindfulness and good manners. Best pre-school experience. Bless you.
A great, wonderful Montessori school. Teachers are loving, caring and the director is extremely professional. A perfect balance of play with learning discipline. A gem in the city of Los Angeles. A marvelous pre-school, safe environment to teach children. Highly recommended.
Ignore the bad reviews and take a tour to school. We started this program in January and honestly there are some flaws at this school but in overall it's a decent and good school. In Montessori, younger children often intently observe older ones at work, and learn a lot through these observations. Older children may also act as teachers, if they choose to help younger ones with activities. Both children benefit: the young one has a mentor, the older one, by teaching the younger one, solidifies his own understanding, and acquires leadership skills and confidence. But it may not be what you what for your child so it's really up to you to judge or not. We love this school and I love that their stuff speaks Korean as my daughter is half Korean it's really nice that she can immerse naturally into Korean culture.
First Montessori is an exceptional pre-school in Los Angeles, California. The students are diverse, in language, in culture, in ethnicity. The director Esther Choi is quite wonderful, kind and assertive. The teachers have been brilliant, extremely patient with all children, showing love and care, but also teaching them in a playful yet disciplined way. There is a lovely space outside for fresh air and playtime; while inside the children have Montessori classroom as well as play rooms for different activities such as: Duplo/Lego, singing/dancing, reading. Another great feature of the pre-school is its extra activities, which are both diverse and beautifully taught. Our child has attended the Gym class, Taekwondo class and Piano class. All very much loved and enjoyed. Overall, First Montessori has given us the chance to allow our child to grow in a loving environment outside home, interacting with adults our child will look up to and learning to play, share with children who show a special set of skills available within the Montessori education. Our child has been given a great opportunity by attending First Montessori, we are infinitely grateful. Thank you First Montessori.
