DON'T TRUST THEM! I think they also have another name like Peerless Sheraton Apartments. We submitted an apartment rental application to the property manager Sabrina M Aziz. Then we got an alert that our credit score had decreased by hard inquiries. The fact is we didn't authorize them to run hard inquiries. And they didn't tell us there would be hard pulls, either. No matter what their policy is about the application, they should at least notify us orally and decently. We'd been all the way very politely and with patience asking them solve this out by providing all the detailed instruction that we had tried our best to figure our for them then they could do easily to solve this problem, since we were hoping that if they could resolve this for us, we could still sign a leasing contact with them. But they just ignored our request. Sabrina asked me to call the main office LA Housing Solutions. A man called Marc from the office refused to answer my further calls when he knew that we would not continue to sign the contract if they could not help remove our unnecessary hard inquiries. We never met this horrible service before when renting an apartment. People always asked our permission to do the hard inquiries, otherwise it should be soft pulls by default. How could we trust such an unprofessional and irresponsible service? Who know if they would charge you secretly and unreasonably in the future once you became the tenants. Good luck, guys!
