This has to be the very worst place to do business. I have been told many times to not read the great reviews because they are self appointed or friends, but do read the bad because they are not solicited and real. These clowns are not interested in service or business ethics in ANYWAY!! I had to tow my car from this lot at midnight, rent a car for two days, pay a mechanic shop to repair their damage. They agreed that they drove the car last, but it never ran again until 3 days later and over 200 dollars of out of pocket expenses. They have the nerve to BLAME me! When I was the person who was out of pocket, put out after a long trip and just wanting to get home. They made it seem that I was looking to make money on a very bad experience. When in reality all I was seeking was for them to reimburse my my out of pocket costs due to their bad business. I never asked for the cab fare, gas, or the fact that I was majorly put out. So their idea is crazy, they made it seem that I wanted to be put out spend extra money just to not even break even. They offered me a free car wash the next time I decided to leave my car there to be damaged more.. You people are nuts.. My advise would be to find some other lot or take a shuttle from home.
I'm a private Detective who left his wallet in Vegas. When I came to pick up car they were totally understanding and let me have my car it wasn't a lot of money but, they still showed great customer service . Even in the past when i used them just a standup place thanks guys. I'm the one with the green Lexus
I Park here everytime I fly out of LAX. Great rates and customer service. Their lot is always full, but they always have time to make you a priority. If you are tired of paying high rates at other places, park here.
I have been parking here for years. They always have the best rates and great service. They get the job done right.
They upped the price for the holiday without advertising it online or at the storefront. Customer service was incredibly rude and would not honor advertised price.
I've used these guys three times now, and found them to be fast and professional. I can't complain about a thing, and don't know what I'd improve.
