I probably had the one of the most complex surgery here. I was expecting pain bruising being swollen due to the aggressiveness of the surgery I wanted. My surgery took 9 hours because Dr. Hsu took his time and super gentle all that time. I couldn’t believe I didn’t feel pain and I told them this too. He took his time to care and slowly without rush he did this surgery for 9 hours(original hour was 5-6 max) nurses are so nice and especially the anesthesiologist made me feel like I am in a cozy home talking with my younger auntie. She was so funny and made me feel so comfortable before I went to sleep. I don’t know why they have bad reviews here I don’t understand it. I was skeptical about those but if you want gentle caring hands go here. I am going for everything else here because they are so kind caring take their time. Mostly doctors are so busy and they just cut you and rush you so they can have more customers in one day. I don’t like that. Dr. Hsu is beyond amazing tells you the outcomes realistically and not give you false hope. Same as Emily. I had amazing amazing amazing experience. I couldn’t have emphasize it more. I already look good I still have wrap around my head. I only took two pain killers so far not because I needed it but because I was scared but today is day 3 and I have 0 pain not much swollen and 0 bruising. He definitely has light gentle hands and amazing crew of nurses coordinators

Today I visited Line Plastic Surgery Center for upper and lower eyes surgery. I’ve been so excited for this day to come as I love my eyes. I arrived at my 10:00 a.m. I walked in and was greeted by beautiful smiles behind the receptionist desk. The ladies were all very sweet and welcoming. My consultant’s name was Eunice. She addressed all my upper and lower eyes concerns and gave me some great suggestions and answered any and all questions I had, even about surgeries that I may be interested in the near future. She was very knowledgeable and professional. If you decide to visit Line, make sure you request Eunice as your consultant. I decided to have surgery.

Every staff is very kind. Especially Eunice& nurse in operation room are very nice.( they make me feel comfort) Dr.hsu is a good and reliable doctor. I recommend this clinic. I guess you won't regret it.
