Very friendly shop owner. Helped us find bicycles that fit exactly what we were in the market for and never tried to upsell us. Seemed very honest with his suggestions. Very reasonable pricing!

Bought a bike for my 13 year old from Lions. It had very thin tires apparently because the first day she rode it both tires went flat. I called Lions and they asked me to bring it to them but I went to a closer bike store and replaced the tubes. My daughter went out to ride her bike again for the second time, and again both tires popped. I phoned them and told them I would go back to the tire store that repaired the tires last week in case they had done a poor job and if it happened again I would come to them. Well, on her third ride the tires went flat again. I brought the bike to Lions and they told me that they would replace the tubes again. I told them I had done this twice already and something else must be wrong and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked them to replace the tires as a possible fix and they told me they would charge me for it. I walked out.

Lovely bike shop close to USC. I've been to all of the bike shops in the area and this was the only one that took time to explain everything to me. The lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They had a good selection of new bikes and used bikes. I ultimately purchased a new beach cruiser since I'm not planning any rides that require gears. I was given a 30 day warranty, which the other shops didn't offer. Great experience! Great bike shop!

Great experience. They seem busy throughout my entire visit but they were also very responsive when I was finally going to make my purchase. They explained everything to me like if I didn't know anything - which I didn't, but I appreciate how patient they were in making sure I got the info I needed to make my decision. They have a 30-day guarantee for any fix ups or tweaks with the bike which is awesome! They even cary helmets, locks, and a whole bunch of extra pieces 10/10 would recommend!
