I have Medical Marlpractice case for my daughter's GBS maningitice , she is 5 years old. i already met 3 different lawyer, my last lawyer said we cannot win case to Hospital because they made medical record without ploblem( my daughter had meningitice symtoms, we talked to the hospital about it and the pediatrician consulted and was just discharged my daughter ), and we can win case to obstetrician but he siphone off all his property. last lawyer said this is unusual case. defendants they are run a way with sin. it's so unfair. i feel so sorry for my daughter who is disabled. please help us. my email : [email protected].

Take care when getting involved in the US legal system. It's not based on evidence or justice instead it's all about money and greed. What is worse is lawyers are controlled by more lawyers and overseen by their own. Similar to the broken \Don't let the fox guard the hen house\ concept we have a group which is more like a gang. What has the world come to?
