I called the Playa vista fire department after my carbon monoxide monitor went off and they guy said “well if there was actually a leak you’d be dead by now sooo” And then proceeded to treat my call with no sense of urgency and concluded the call by saying “if you want something you can just call 911” Extremely disappointed.

The non emergency phone number is always a great resource for information about codes & issues with safety compliance. As usual, Station 67 is great about answering questions & if they don't know the answer, they give you the number of someone who can. I love firefighters!!
