The Los Angeles Valuation Group was such a pleasure to work with for my appraisal. They came as a recommendation from one of my friends who used them for a commercial deal they were doing. What stood out the most to me was their professionalism and timeliness as I was in a time crunch and they understood this and worked with me to get me everything I needed when I needed it. Their inspection is very thorough, their staff is friendly and always answered or returned my calls within 24 hours so I never had to chase them down to get an answer. When I contacted them, Greg communicated clearly what would be involved and set an appointment. I was highly impressed that he is very familiar with my area, including the important property differences among the sub-areas. He was efficient and professional while inspecting my house, asked appropriate questions and made good observations, and then delivered a high quality appraisal by email exactly when he said he would have it ready. He even called me to let me know that he had emailed the appraisal, to be sure I saw it. His pricing is very fair. Overall, I can highly recommend Los Angeles Valuation Group and know that I will be using them again in the near future for my other properties.
