Like this shelter is very amazing they treated me better then my family in one day like really guys this place is amazing but I'm a run away so if you planning on running away or something more i would recommend here you'll love it best place ever with no regrets running here Miss you all!! Me and my brother were homeless in 1988 due to a mother that was strung out on crack and a father that was chasing women not loving his kids. We got connected with LAYN through my brothers girl friend Tiffany Reed the first LAYN one on Highland St. in Hollywood. The staff there was so caring Mr. Brad Ms. Yolley also Ms. Mindy they fed us and kept shelter over our heads. They gave us case management help and good direction to take to be safe on the streets. If it was nor for this place me and my brother would had possibly got killed or just died out on streets of South LA. Thanks LAYN for being heroes in my eyes.

This placed saved my life, best living situation i have ever had, not only did they give me a place to stay but they helped me graduate high school all the staff ACTUALLY CARE which is why I continue to stop by weekly, THANK YOU L.A.Y.N., if you are a youth in crisis dont hesitate to call this place, I promise you there no shelters better than this, TRUST ME
