I know there are a lot of haters out there when it comes to LA all the people who just want to go on social media and show skid row and say all of LA is like that. Well, I want to say the good people of LA really came through for me and I love them for it. What other city in America would people return my property. So I want to thank the wonderful people of LA and all the workers at Metro for their kindness and honesty of taking care of my property until I could get it back. The city of Angels. This facility is located right on the Gold Line and is really easy to find. The woman working at the counter was sympathetic and friendly. Overall, even though I didn’t find my item, the facility itself was great.
Thank you. You guys rock!!!!!!!! If I can give you more then 5 stars I would. Came in for 1 lost item and come to find out you had another item I had lost but never came across my mind that I would have lost it on the bus.
I lost my purse in Pasadena and today I recovered it from The Lost and Found in Highland park. Everything was in it even money! So grateful even though it took awhile it still is appreciated because I was able to get it back. Good job!
They don’t respond, and they gave me wrong information about it twice today. I am ready to give up. Does anyone even really work there?
