There is always something!!! For the third time in a row, my order has been downsized due to them misrepresenting what is actually in stock. On my last order placed, I received 6 out of 18 purses... and 3 of them were DEFECTIVE!!!! this is absolutely ridiculous. When i contacted customer service i had to leave a voice mail, when the rep called back he says \I'm returning your call\ He had no clue as to why i was calling even though i left a very detailed message with my name, order number, reason for my call and call back number! then because i told him i'd previously provided the info... he says \i don't have time for you\ refused to give me his name and hung up on me! I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company to any one!!!!

This company have been my purse vendor for about 3 years now. I have tried other purse vendors locally but, I can't swim to find a vendor better. The bags I sell from this vendor always sell and I mean extremely fast with a very low minimum.
