The manager Eli have a nasty attitude. They took money out of my account without my knowledge. I called to cancel the order because I felt violated that they thought it was okay to take money out my account. The manager Eli tell me he is going refund me my money back when he get the returned items. The items have been at his office since September 2020 & he is still refusing to give me my money back. It’s February of 2021 & instead of giving me my money back he’s trying to get to me take the items, which I don’t. This company have a bad business rep in my eyes.also, Eli refuse to give me the owners information. I would NOT recommend you use a card here because they like to play with peoples account. CASH ONLLLYYY !!!

Company stole money out of my account & refuse to pay me back. The manager Eli is trying to get me to take the merchandise I told him he can keep back. First eli said it was the company’s owner that was giving him a hard time about refunding me money but now Eli is refusing to give me the owners information so I could talk to him about the incident. I wouldn’t recommend you use a card here. Use cash only.
I purchased a crystal rhinestone applique for a wedding. The applique is beautiful, the shipping was extremely fast and the entire process was very professional. Can't go wrong with this company.
