Daleth, the staff member I spoke with, was amazing! He explained how the mattresses are constructed and how important it is to Naturepedic to provide a healthy, non-toxic, high-quality mattress. He also went into some details about the production and shipping timeline, which really helped me figure out how to plan the final steps of my renovation. I have contacted a lot of mattress companies and none of them were as professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as Naturepedic. If you're looking for a healthy, non-toxic mattress, go to them first.

I received the bedding/items the next day. I get a very good night's sleep on the Tempur-Pedic mattress and the adjustable base set at the ZeroG position. My sleep has been so deep, I'm not aware of whether I'm asleep or not.
